Maoists will form national govt, claims Badal

BUTWAL, Sept 5 - Unified CPN (Maoist) General Secretary Ram Bahadur Thapa Saturday said that his party is trying to make the fight for national integrity and civilian supremacy decisive.

Speaking at a function organised to welcome the members of other parties who jointed the UCPN (Maoist) in Butwal today, Thapa claimed that a new government led by his party is on the horizon. He said the Maoists will form a joint national government.

He said that the regressive forces have been concocting plots to disintegrate the Constituent Assembly. “Third people's movement will solve all the political deadlocks,” he claimed.

Central member of the Rastriya Janashakti Party Pradeep Uday and others entered the Maoist party on the occasion.
